Ray Cillien (born June 26, 1939, date of death unknown) was a boxer from Luxembourg. He was born in Esch-sur-Alzette. Cillien was member of the Luxembourgish Olympic team at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. After a bye in the first round of the light-heavyweight division, he was eliminated in the second round by Russian Gennadiy Shatkov.
